1st AI exhibition for defence technology to kick off at end of October

AMMAN — Under the patronage of HRH Crown Prince Hussein, the Special Operations Forces Exhibition (SOFEX) Jordan on Monday announced the launch of the first Artificial Intelligence Exhibition for Defence Technology and Cyber Security at the end of October at the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre in the Dead Sea, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
In a press statement, the exhibition organisers, in the presence of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Hanandeh, said that the the exhibition would be held on site as well as virtually to allow for the participation of the largest possible number of specialised international companies.
The exhibition will see the participation of 56 local and international companies from 35 countries, presenting the latest technologies and developments in artificial intelligence that can help find solutions for data analysis and protection, cyber security and other topics related to artificial intelligence.
