Air Force aircraft carries out 6th airdrop of medical supply to Jordanian field hospital in southern Gaza

AMMAN — The Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) announced on Wednesday that, in accordance with Royal directives, a Royal Air Force aircraft successfully completed the sixth airdrop of essential medical supplies to the specialised Jordanian field hospital/2 in the southern Gaza Strip.
The urgent medical aid was delivered within crates, a measure crucial for safeguarding the safety of the medical supplies, JAF said in a statement carried by the reported by the Jordan News Agency, Petra..
This strategic move is essential to ensuring the continuous operation of the hospital, and the delivery of uninterrupted services to the residents of Gaza, according to Petra.
The unloading process was executed using parachutes under the careful control of a specialised crew, ensuring the safe and precise delivery of the aid to its designated location.
In another statement, JAF said that the air-dropped medical supply included 2,000 blood units of various types to meet surge in demand due to the increasing number of surgical procedures for the injured people in Gaza
The JAF reiterated its commitment to provide support and assistance to the people of the Gaza Strip, aiming to alleviate the challenging conditions they currently facing.
