Cabinet discusses progress of 10-year economic blueprint

AMMAN — The Cabinet was briefed on Wednesday on the progress of work on the 10-year blueprint for economic development.
The blueprint, prepared by the Planning Ministry in implementation of Royal directives, includes an integral framework of socio-economic policies until 2025.
It also includes the formation of technical committees on planning reference policies whose content will be discussed with the Lower House, with the participation of the public and the private sectors.
Also on Wednesday, the Council of Ministers formed a committee to inspect markets to ensure that commodities are up to quality standards.
