Cabinet endorses mandating reasons for draft bylaw of NCCD

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the mandating reasons for the draft bylaw of the National Centre for Curriculum Development (NCCD) of 2022, to be referred for the Legislation and Opinion Bureau.
The draft law, in line with the public sector modernisation roadmap, entails delegating the responsibility for curricula development from the Ministry of Education to the NCCD, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The NCCD was also granted new powers as per the draft amendments. The Council of Ministers also approved the mandating reasons for the draft student fund bylaw of Yarmouk University for 2022.
