CBJ, ASEZA sign agreement to implement eFAWATEERcom payment system

AMMAN — The Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) and Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) on Sunday signed an agreement to implement the online bill payment services (eFAWATEERcom) to facilitate the online payment of service fees, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
CBJ said that the agreement confirms the commitment of all state institutions to simplify procedures and provide Jordanians with convenient tools to complete their transactions quickly and safely.
It added that the signing of the agreement represents an important step in the simplification of procedures for citizens benefiting from ASEZA services through eFAWATEERcom, which is under the supervision of the CBJ.
