Crown Prince launches scholarship after Tawjihi student killed in accident

AMMAN — HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Monday visited the family of the late Tawjihi student Mohammad Wasfi Azaizeh in Ramtha and launched a scholarship programme named after him at the Hussein Technical University.
Azaizeh, who died last week in a road accident, scored an average of 98.4 per cent in the scientific stream of Tawjihi (general secondary education certificate examination).
The Crown Prince’s visit came upon the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah, who telephoned the student’s father on Sunday and voiced his condolences to the family members, according to a Royal Court statement.
