Demand on food normal — traders association

AMMAN — Foodstuff Traders Association Director Zuhair Harb on Thursday said that shopping at commercial markets in the Kingdom was "normal" during the past two days.

He also said that consumers did not overstock on food items to prepare for the expected weather conditions.

Harb added that most markets and malls on Thursday were working as usual amidst normal demand on food compared to the snowstorm that hit the Kingdom in January.
