AMMAN — Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh met Thursday with Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Lubomir Zaoralek on regional developments and bilateral relations.

The Czech minister briefed Judeh on the outcome of his regional tour, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The two sides discussed Mideast peace, the situation in Syria, and the fight against extremism and terrorism, of which Jordan is a stakeholder.

Judeh has been engaged in a flurry of diplomacy over the week, having met several peers and taken part in a pro-Jerusalem conference held in Morocco.

Jordanian diplomacy has launched an intensive campaign to confront Israeli violations against Al Haram Al Sharif in Jerusalem, of which His Majesty King Abdullah is the custodian.
