Foreign Ministry monitors situation of Jordanians in Libya following floods

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Tuesday reiterated its monitoring of the situation of Jordanian citizens residing in Libya following the recent floods. The monitoring is a combined effort of the ministry's operations centre and the Jordanian embassy in Tunisia. A ministry statement urged the Jordanian citizens currently residing or staying in Libya to exercise the utmost caution and strictly follow the instructions issued by the local authorities. The ministry encourages Jordanian citizens in Libya to seek immediate assistance via the following 24-hour contact channels: the ministry's operations centre at 00962795497777 and the Jordanian embassy in Tunisia at 0021650866660.
