JCC chairman expresses hope for further Jordan-Syria cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Nael Kabariti on Thursday expressed hope for the next stage to witness wider commercial cooperation between Jordan and Syria.
During a meeting with Issam Yanal, acting charge d'affaires of the Syrian embassy, Kabariti praised the “large Syrian welcome” received by the commercial delegation participating in the Jordanian exhibition for commerce and service that was held in Damascus earlier in the month, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Yanal highlighted the importance of the event and meetings that were held on the sidelines of the fair with the aim of further enhancing strategic partnership and economic and commercial ties between the countries.
