JCC chief, Greek ambassador talk business cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Nael Kabariti and Greek Ambassador to Jordan Eleftheria Galathianak on Tuesday discussed cooperation between the two countries and means to further enhance them.

The two sides discussed arrangements to hold a Jordanian-Greek forum at the level of businesspeople on the sidelines of the official visit to hold the meetings of the Jordanian-Greek committee slated for the first week of July in Athens, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Kabariti welcomed any cooperation that seeks to increase commercial exchange, build investment partnerships and projects and establish strategic relations, voicing appreciation for the ambassador's efforts in enhancing economic and investment ties between the two countries. Galathianak expressed hope that the visit would play a role in developing bilateral economic relations and increasing the trade exchange volume through utilising economic agreements.
