Jordan, Australia discuss Syrian refugee crisis

AMMAN — Interior Minister Hussein Majali and Australian Ambassador to Jordan Heidi Venamore on Monday discussed the Syrian crisis and its security, political, economic and humanitarian consequences for Jordan.
Majali said Jordan is the most affected country of the Syrian crisis, taking into consideration the large number of hosted Syrian refugees and the accompanying security challenges.
For her part, Venamore commended the advanced level of modernisation and development the Kingdom has undergone in all sectors.
