Jordan to host security colloquium

AMMAN — Jordan is scheduled to host the 11th Amman Security Colloquium on Wednesday that will see the participation of a number of international security forces’ representatives.
The colloquium, organised by the Arab Institute for Security Studies in cooperation with several governments and international organisations, aims at discussing security challenges at the regional and global levels, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The conference, which will be hosted by the University of Jordan’s Centre of Languages, is among the top specialised fora in the region. It will focus on regional cooperation, disarmament and non-proliferation of nuclear weapons.
