JPRC records JD82.6 million profits in 2023

AMMAN — The Jordan Petroleum Refinery Company (JPRC) on Tuesday reported JD82.6 million in profits in 2023 with net operating income of JD175 million, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The comprehensive income rights for shareholders stood at approximately JD81 million, the company added. JPRC CEO Abdelkarim Alawin reviewed the financial outcomes of 2023, highlighting that this success would not have been achieved without the dedicated efforts and commitment of the company's workforce. Alawin underscored the pivotal role of the JPRC's strategic focus on modernisation and expansion, emphasising that these initiatives played a significant part in reinforcing the company's market position. He also said t that 2023 marked a year of sustainable development and growth, expressing optimism about achieving even greater successes in the upcoming years.
