KACE assesses nominations for excellence awards

AMMAN — King Abdullah II Centre for Excellence (KACE) on Sunday launched the first phase of assessing candidates for the excellence award, by receiving their reports.
KACE started receiving applications of employees for the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency’s 2016/2017 version on January 2 and will continue to January 16, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
As for institutions applying for the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence for the private sector and the King Abdullah II Award for Excellence for Business Associations and not-for-profit Organisations, the centre announced that the last dates to apply are March 4 and 5. A total of 104 ministries and public institutions, 49 private companies, and four business associations and five not-for-profit organisations are competing for the three awards in its eighth year.
