AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah met on Monday with US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz.
The meeting, attended by HRH Crown Prince Hussein, covered the latest regional developments and the strategic partnership between Jordan and the United States, according to a Royal Court statement.
His Majesty reaffirmed Jordan’s unwavering position on the Palestinian cause and the importance of achieving just and comprehensive peace on the basis of the two-state solution, noting the United States’ pivotal role in supporting peace efforts.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, and Jordan’s Ambassador to the US Dina Kawar attended the meeting.
