King receives phone call from Qatar emir

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah and Qatar Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, in a phone call on Thursday, exchanged best wishes on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

Discussions during the phone call covered cooperation and coordination to contain and counter the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the need to step up efforts to safeguard the health and wellbeing of peoples, according to a Royal Court statement.
