By-law on fund for judges, ministry employees constitutional, court rules

AMMAN — Constitutional Court Spokesperson Ahmad Tbeishat on Wednesday said the court has ruled that the by-law on the social solidarity fund for judges and Justice Ministry employees is constitutional.
The court dismissed a contestation filed on February 20 disputing the constitutionality of the regulations, Tbeishat added, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
