AMMAN — The Jordanian Pharmacists Association (JPhA) council has decided to revoke the licences of six pharmacies in Amman, Zarqa and Irbid after it was found that their real owners are not pharmacists, opposing the food and drug law, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Friday.

The council set a deadline on the 21st of March for insurance companies and their managements to document their contracts with the pharmacies through the association in accordance with the contracting basis recently approved by the JPhA.
