Man arrested for impersonating female Tawjihi student at exam

AMMAN — Authorities on Saturday arrested a man who was allegedly dressed in women’s clothes and impersonating a female student with the goal of sitting for her Tawjihi (General Secondary Education Certificate Examination) exam.
Security personnel supervising an examination hall in Russeifa district in Zarqa, some 22 kilometres northeast of Amman, became suspicious of an individual who was covering his face and wearing women’s clothes, according to the Public Security Directorate spokesperson.
The suspect was arrested in cooperation with the exam supervisors and referred to the authorities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
