Media network launched to ‘enhance voice of women’

AMMAN — Nisaa Broadcasting Corporation and the Womanity Foundation on Tuesday launched Nisaa Network in Amman.
Nisaa Network’s new website is “the central platform of a consortium of media outlets, civil society organisations and leading personalities, who collaborate to create and share inspirational, gender-inclusive media content; enhance the voice of women in the public sphere; and foster their career perspectives in the media”, according to a joint statement released from the project’s stakeholders.
Local media outlets that joined the platform include Farah Al Nas radio and Ro’ya TV.
