More aid arrives in Gaza from Jordan

GAZA — The Jordan Field Hospital “Gaza 31” on Thursday continued providing aid sent through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) to Gazans.
Hospital Commander Barakat Aqil said the humanitarian assistance convoy laden with food items was dispatched under the directive of His Majesty King Abdullah.
Representatives from 50 charitable societies received the food items ready to be distributed to the masses of displaced families that have suffered as a result of the latest Israeli assault.
Representatives of charitable societies said more than 200,000 Gazans had to leave their homes and take refuge in UNRWA schools.
