On the occasion of International Day of People with Disabilities, the centre stressed the need to allocate a special fund in the general budget for people with disabilities, stressing the importance of following up on relevant legislation and implementing all recommendations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The NCHR praised the regulations pertaining to flexible working hours issued by the Civil Service Bureau, which include civil service workers who finished their probation periods. People with disabilities were not required to complete the probation period.
