New guidebooks released on public sector services

AMMAN – The Ministry of Public Sector Development has prepared guidebooks outlining the services offered by a number of government agencies.
In a statement e-mailed to The Jordan Times Tuesday, the ministry said the government agencies include the Ministry of Transport, the Department of Antiquities, the Higher Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities, Jordan Food and Drug Administration and the Civil Defence Department.
With the recent batch of guides, Public Sector Development Minister Khleef Al Khawaldeh said the ministry has so far prepared guidebooks for 31 public institutions, covering 1,128 services.
