AMMAN — Police have detained a suspect accused of killing a Yemeni in October, the media centre at the Public Security Department said Wednesday. The dead person received many stab wounds, the statement said.
A special investigation team has been gathering information throughout the past two months, until they identified the suspect, who reportedly confessed that he drove the victim to his home for a fare, but they argued over the money and the situation escalated into the stabbing of the Yemeni man.
The suspect was referred to the prosecutor general’s office for legal action.
