Prince Raad inaugurates IT labs for people with visual disabilities

AMMAN — HRH Prince Raad, president of the Higher Council for the Affairs of Persons with Disabilities (HCD), on Sunday inaugurated two IT labs and one Braille printing unit at the Royal Academy for the Blind.
The JD140,000 project, donated by the Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND), aims at employing state-of-the art technologies to serve people with visual disabilities.
During the inauguration ceremony, Prince Raad thanked AGFUND’s efforts to integrate people with disabilities into the community and ensure their participation in various activities.
