Professional associations voice solidarity with residents of Sheikh Jarrah

AMMAN — Professional associations on Monday reiterated support for His Majesty King Abdullah’s positions towards the Palestinian cause, notably his three noes: “No alternative homeland, no settlement and no for the so-called “deal of the century”.

During a sit-in outside the Professional Associations Complex (PAC) in solidarity with the Jerusalemites, the professional associations urged all international diplomatic missions and human rights organisations to shoulder their responsibilites against the occupation forces’ violations, the most recent of which was the storming of Al Aqsa Mosque/Al Haram Al Sharif, firing at worshippers and attempts to evict the residents of Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood.

The professional associations voiced a message of solidarity with Palestinians, expressing support for the Palestinian resistance at the holy city, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
