Created by the Operations and Control Department, the app aims to increase communication channels with the public, involve them in the security process, inform them of important news and security developments. It also provides awareness-raising tips, including traffic and weather updates, and emergency numbers, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The application also allows users to submit complaints and reports confidentially, in addition to a variety of other services. The application comes in Arabic and English versions on both the App store and the Google Play store.
The PSD urged the public to download and install the application on their smartphones to benefit from the comprehensive services it provides.
