Royal directives: Air Force plane dispatched to evacuate child injured in Maan accident

AMMAN — Under Royal directives, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti on Saturday instructed the Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) to dispatch a plane equipped with a specialised medical team from the Royal Medical Services (RMS), to evacuate a child whose family was involved in a car accident in the southern governorate of Maan.
The child will be transferred to the King Hussein Medical Centre to complete her treatment under the care of a specialised medical team for such cases, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The family of the child expressed their appreciation to the King for this humane gesture and commended the efforts of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army in serving the homeland and citizens.
