Six-year-old run over in Karak, died on the spot

AMMAN — A six-year old child on Monday was killed in a car accident, in the southern governorate of Karak’s Eina area, an official Civil Defence Department (CDD) statement said.
Emergency response personnel responded immediately to the scene where the child was stuck by a car, only to find that he had been killed instantly, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
CDD personnel evacuated the body of the deceased to the Karak Governmental Hospital, while no information was disclosed to Petra about the driver.
