AMMAN — The Jordan Children's Villages (SOS) on Sunday signed a cooperation agreement with the Naua and Nahno online platforms. The agreement was signed by SOS’ national director Rana Zu’bi and Nawa CEO Ahmad Zu’bi on behalf of the two platforms, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The director said in a statement that the agreement enables SOS to obtain programme funding and support from individuals and companies registered on the Naua platform and advertise volunteer opportunities on the Nahno platform.
She also stressed the significance of these agreements in strengthening the societal role towards orphans and those lacking familial support, adding that financial support through the Nawa platform contributes to securing the needs of children, youth and young women.
She commended the efforts behind Nahno in promoting volunteer work and raising awareness of social responsibility among youth, Petra reported.
