Landline subscriptions reached 268,000 in Q1 of 2022 — TRC

AMMAN — Landline subscriptions by the end of the first quarter of 2022 reached 268,000, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) announced on Wednesday.
Mobile subscriptions hit some 7.3 million subscriptions by the end of this year’s first quarter, according to the figures posted on the TRC website, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Mobile subscriptions as a percentage of the total population reached 65.5 per cent by the end of the first quarter.
