AMMAN — The Senate’s Legal Committee on Wednesday endorsed the 2016 amending law of the Public Security Department. At a meeting chaired by Senator Kamal Nasser, the panel members approved the amendment under which it is necessary to obtain the General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) degree, or equivalent certificates, to be promoted from warrant officer to second lieutenant, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
