Constitutional Court president meets German ambassador

AMMAM — President of Jordan Constitutional Court (JCC) Hisham Al Tal on Wednesday met with German Ambassador to Amman Bernhard Kampmann.
During the meeting attended by Director of Jordan Projects at Max Planck Foundation for International Peace and the Rule of Law Siraj Khan, Tal reviewed the development of Jordan's constitutional life, expressing appreciation for Germany's interest in enhancing the level of joint cooperation with the JCC.
Kampmann emphasised his country's keenness on enhancing the exchange of expertise with Jordan, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of a joint symposium organised by the JCC and Max Planck Foundation, under the theme "The Role of the Constitutional Court in the Constitutional and Legal System".
