AMMAN — The government is working to formulate a framework to provide comprehensive health insurance for employed and retired Jordanians, Prime Minister Hani Mulki said Sunday.
Speaking at a ceremony held by the Social Security Corporation to mark its 38th anniversary and celebrate the Great Arab Revolt’s centennial, Mulki said the move, in line with Royal directives, would form the basis for a new phase for the social safety net that, in turn, would enhance achievements and progress in the Kingdom, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
