Hmoud meets with deputy director of Norwegian police

AMMAN — Public Security Department (PSD) Director Maj. Gen. Fadel Hmoud on Sunday discussed with the deputy director of the Norwegian police and an accompanying delegation means of cooperation between the two countries’ security agencies.

Hmoud affirmed the PSD’s keenness on strengthening its relations with regional and international security agencies to utilise international expertise in fighting crime.

The Norwegian director added that Norway’s security cooperation with the Jordanian PSD was several years old, and the director expressed his appreciation for the advanced level of PSD services.
