Iraq adds Jordanian universities to scholarships list

AMMAN — The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Wednesday has received a letter from the Iraqi embassy in Jordan, informing it of the Iraqi higher education ministry’s decision to add Jordanian universities to its list of institutions it grants students scholarships and fellowships to.
The universities listed include the University of Jordan, the Jordan University of Science and Technology, Mutah University and Yarmouk University, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The Iraqi ministry has requested a list of the programmes offered at these universities.
