JCC chief, Swedish ambassador discuss increasing trade volume

AMMAN — President of Jordan Chamber of Commerce (JCC) Nael Kabariti and Swedish Ambassador Alexandra Rydmark on Tuesday discussed means to boost economic ties between the two countries and increase the level of cooperation.
The two went over the possibility of holding a Jordanian-Swedish business forum in Amman in November to bring together businesspeople from the ICT, healthcare and energy (green transformation) sectors, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Kabariti stressed the significance of cooperation between the two countries, and the importance of providing support to the private sector to increase trade volume, referring to the investment advantages offered by the Kingdom and the opportunities available in vital sectors.
Rydmark stressed the importance of exchanging information and expertise with a focus on promising sectors to increase the volume of trade between Amman and Stockholm.
