Jordan Industrial Estates Company calls on investors to pass suggestions

AMMAN — The Jordan Industrial Estates Company (JIEC) on Saturday called on industrialists and investors to pass their notes and suggestions through its email [email protected], to contribute to developing services and expediting procedures for completing transactions. 

JIEC Director General Omar Juwaid said that the company has activated this email as part of its endeavours to save time and efforts for investors. The email also follows the JIEC’s policy to improve services and meet investors’ needs, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Juwaid noted that the email will be available “round the clock”. A specialised institution has been assigned to follow up and analyse all notes and complaints of investors and reply to them within 48 hours.
