Jordan, Iraq sign agreement to boost youth cooperation

AMMAN — The Minister of Culture and Minister of Youth Mohammed Abu Rumman on Wednesday signed an agreement with his Iraqi counterpart Ahmad Obaidi aimed at improving youth cooperation between the two countries.
The agreement entailed the exchange of expertise, as well as attending youth-oriented events to be held in both countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.
At the signing ceremony, held in Baghdad, Abu Rumman highlighted the two countries’ ties, adding that youth is a priority of both Jordan and Iraq. He was also briefed on the Iraqi ministry’s programmes and projects.
