AMMAN — Jordan on Monday welcomed the resumption of diplomatic relations between the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, in adherence to the Al Ula Declaration.
Sinan Al Majali, the Foreign Ministry spokesperson, underscored the significance of this agreement in strengthening cooperation among Arab nations and activating joint Arab action to serve common interests, according to a ministry statement.
Al Ula Declaration, announced in January 2021, effectively resolved the Gulf crisis, paving the way for the signatory parties to embark on a series of meetings aimed at implementing the agreement and normalising bilateral relations.
