KHCC, Kuwait Red Crescent Society renew deal on treatment for refugees

AMMAN — HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Centre (KHCC), and Kuwait Red Crescent Society President Hilal Al Sayer on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding renewing an agreement for the Kuwait Finance House to provide a grant to cover Syrian refugees’ treatment costs at the KHCC.

Princess Ghida expressed her appreciation for the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society and Finance House for their continuous support to the foundation and centre, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

For his part, Sayer hailed five years of cooperation with the KHCC, adding that the donation of the Kuwait Finance House will be allocated to treating Syrian refugees with cancer.
