King exchanges letters with Korean president on 60th anniversary of ties

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah and Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol exchanged letters of congratulations on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Jordan and the Republic of Korea.
In the letter, King Abdullah highlighted the deep-rooted bilateral ties, which have grown into fruitful and strong relations over the past decades in various fields, in service of the two peoples, according to a Royal Court statement.
For his part, President Yoon reiterated in his letter to His Majesty his country’s commitment to enhancing relations with Jordan and bolstering cooperation in several sectors.
The president highlighted the progress of bilateral relations over the past 60 years, especially in the fields of politics and economy, as well as cultural exchange between the two peoples.
