Palestinian lawmaker visits Jordan’s hospital in Gaza

GAZA — Secretary General of the Palestinian National Initiative Mustafa Barghouthi on Wednesday visited Jordan’s field hospital in Gaza.
Barghouthi, a Palestinian lawmaker, commended His Majesty King Abdullah’s efforts to end the Israeli attacks on Gaza, and his directives to continue the work of the hospital and dispatch humanitarian convoys to the strip.
He praised the hospital’s personnel for their efforts to mitigate the suffering of Gazans.
Hospital Commander Barakat Aqil briefed Barghouthi on medical cadres coordination with Gaza hospitals to transfer some patients to Jordanian hospitals for treatment.
