Queen Noor welcomes Int’l Arab Youth Congress participants

AMMAN — Her Majesty Queen Noor welcomed with “love and peace” participants in the 35th International Arab Youth Congress (IAYC), through a message conveyed by King Hussein Foundation (KHF) CEO Hana Mitri-Shahin, at the annual congress’ opening session on Monday.
Queen Noor also reaffirmed the conference’s principles of encouraging young people to engage in dialogue and cultural interaction.
This edition of the IAYC, which was launched in 1980, carries the theme of “innovation and leadership” and is attended by young representatives from 15 countries. It is organised by the KHF’s National Centre for Culture and Arts, in partnership with UNICEF and the Ministry of Education, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
