Six family members injured in Ajloun house fire

AMMAN — Six family members on Tuesday suffered smoke inhalation after their house in Ajloun caught fire, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Ajloun Civil Defence Department (CDD) Director Col. Hani Smadi said firefighters put out the blaze, administered first aid and took the injured to Al Iman Hospital, where they were listed in fair condition.
The fire erupted in the house on the Ajloun Castle road because of an electric fault, Petra reported. Also on Tuesday, CDD firefighters controlled a blaze that erupted inside a trailer near a building under construction in Khalda area, Petra reported, adding that the fire did not cause any injuries and its cause is under investigation.
