Work at banks, gov’t departments to start at 10am

AMMAN — Work at public institutions and departments will be delayed from 8am to 10am on Tuesday due to the prevailing weather conditions, according to a communiqué issued by Prime Minister Abdullah Ensour.

The decision covers departments in the various governorates except those in Aqaba.

The Central Bank of Jordan and all operating banks in Jordan will also begin work at 10:00 am on Tuesday, CBJ Governor Ziad Fariz said on Monday.
