Aid shipment dispatched to Somalia

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation (JHCO) in cooperation with the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army on Friday sent an aid shipment to Somalia, the Jordan Agency, Petra, reported.
The 20-tonne food shipment came as part of JHCO’s endeavours to help Somali people upon His Majesty King Abdullah’s directives.
JHCO Secretary General Ayman Mufleh said that the Royal Air Force plane also carried an official delegation tasked with distributing the food items to beneficiaries. JHCO, in cooperation with the Professional Associations Complex has built a school and a health care centre in Mogadishu in 2015.
