Jordan selected as a member state of Arab Communication Group on Ukraine crisis

AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Ayman Safadi will be representing the Kingdom in the Arab Communication Group at the ministerial level on the Ukrainian crisis, which was formed under a decision of the Arab League at its current session, the 157th.
The group will be responsible for following up on and conducting necessary consultations and contacts with the Ukrainian crisis concerned parties, with the aim of contributing to finding a diplomatic solution to it, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The group includes Jordan, Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Egypt and the UAE as a non-permanent member state of the UN Security Council, in addition to the secretary general of the Arab League.
