Minister, UK ambassador discuss cooperation in fields of culture, youth

AMMAN — Minister of Culture and Youth Mohammad Abu Rumman on Thursday met with British Ambassador to Jordan Edward Oakden to discuss furthering the potential of bilateral cooperation on issues pertaining to culture and youth.

In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, Abu Rumman presented the most important projects being implemented by the Culture Ministry as part of its plan to enhance cultural development, in addition to the Youth Ministry’s projects as part of its plan to cultivate the role of youth centres.

For his part, Oakden reaffirmed the importance of enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
